About VISION

Guidelines
VISION is a digital publication of the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS). The digital publication addresses issues of professional interest to PK-12 teachers, key administrators, trustees in independent schools, and we welcome submissions on any compelling topic in the PK-12 arena in keeping with the purposes and philosophy of VAIS. Note the published themes below. Theme-related submissions that arrive too late will be considered for future issues.

Concise articles are preferred. A good rule of thumb is 500 - 1000 words for longer articles.  We do not publish dissertations or other academic papers. Please indicate clearly when submitting whether your article, or any variation, has been published in another publication.
