INSTRUCTIONS
You can register an individual or a group by performing these 3 steps:
1. Enter information for your organization.
2. Enter information for each person registering.
3. Enter billing information. Payment by check, VISA or Mastercard is accepted.
IMPORTANT
- Do not use your browser's "BACK" or "FORWARD" buttons to navigate through the registration forms.
Doing so can cause your registration to be recorded incorrectly.
- You must complete all 3 steps of the registration process in a single session.
- Incomplete registrations are not processed.
- Your session will be terminated if you do not send data to us
(by pressing an "ENTER" button) for 45 minutes.
