WHO WILL LEAD OUR LEARNING?
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dr. Shimi Kang, Award Winning Harvard-Trained Physician | Bestselling Author | Global Social Entrepreneur
In her inspiring Keynote " Wellness, Collaboration & Innovation for an Ever Changing World," Dr. Kang will equip us with research-based practical solutions to best support today’s independent school students and families. She is intimately aware of how to track and respond to global trends and contributed to the World Health Organization’s research that declared stress a health epidemic in the 1990s. Today, Dr. Kang proposes three key areas to prepare for and provides science-based tools that can be immediately applied to our personal and professional lives. She will present the latest science and practical tips for developing and maintaining healthy habits for:
• Wellness, including how to reduce emotional stress and enhance resilience. • Collaboration, including how to best connect, motivate and inspire each other. • Innovation and tapping into our innate adaptability and creativity.
LUNCH & LEARN WORKSHOP: Ross Wehner, World Leadership School, Founder
Purpose! Do you wonder why some elements of your job seem to energize you, while others deplete you? This interactive and inspiring session will connect you to the answers at the root of that question, and to the "why" at the center of Y-O-U!
