This new model of Professional Learning is a deeper dive with a cohort/Community of Practice framework. You will engage virtually with a small group of peers across the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and deeply explore a topic of interest. 

Leadership/Division Directors/Deans of Faculty 
In this BBC, you'll engage virtually with a small group of peers from across Virginia, led by an experienced independent school leadership coach. The series includes eight 75-minute sessions from September - May and one 1:1 Leadership Coaching session.

Administrative Professionals with Author Jeremy Burrows

In this BBC, you’ll engage virtually with a small group of peers from across Virginia to explore The Leader Assistant: Four Pillars of a Confident, Game-Changing Assistant (Burrows, 2020) and the companion workbook. Author/Executive Assistant Jeremy Burrows, VAIS Administrative Professional Day Keynote Speaker, will kick the series off in January and host the final session. The series includes five 60-minute sessions from January - May and the companion workbook (pdf).  Purchase The Leader Assistant. Topics include:
