Dr. Carrie Grimes, Independent School Leadership, Vanderbilt University, Explore the evidence of how storytelling lights up neural networks, shifts our core beliefs, and engages us in perspective-taking. Dr. Grimes will guide us to consider how storytelling can be leveraged in our advancement strategy in an evidence-based way, to motivate stakeholders toward loyalty behaviors that directly contribute to organizational sustainability through a scaffolded and strategic approach to storytelling.
