HOW WILL WE LEARN? 
This 1/2 day workshop is designed to be helpful for individuals and small teams.  Participants will explore Annual Giving, One-to-one engagement/Major Gifts, peek over the horizon for what is next in development operations, and define what constitutes a deep and broad comprehensive development plan for their independent school. This workshop is equal parts high-level strategizing and hands-on planning. Outcomes include actionable steps, aspirational plans/goals, and a comprehensive deliverable that you can use immediately at your school. TAS by Generis professional consultants John Sullivan and Kim Jennings will guide your school’s leadership toward establishing its custom-tailored annual giving plan and 1-to-1 donor engagement program (often referred to as major gifts).
